This year, PALU will also be holding its Triennial General Assembly, which will oversee the election of a new Executive Committee that will shape the future of the legal profession in Africa for the next 3 years.

The Conference, to be held in the beautiful and diverse Durban, will provide a stimulating setting to meet new friends and renew business contacts, while learning on a variety of interesting topics and in-depth analysis by internationally renowned presenters. The presentations will be divided in the following 3 simultaneous streams for you to choose the ones that better suit your interests and areas of practice:

All sessions will be held at Southern Sun Elangeni & Maharani Hotel, a seafront hotel whereby participants can explore a wide range of exciting restaurants to choose from to suit all palates and moods. Relaxation areas abound and include three heated swimming pools – one with extraordinary views of the Indian Ocean, will simply take your breath away.

PALU has negotiated special rates with the Southern Sun and other hotels in Durban and will be posting more information regularly on the special Conference website.

CLE Certificates will be negotiated with your respective Bar Associations for all lawyers attending!
